Christine is responsible for leading the Business Development Team, including the areas of business attraction, business retention and expansion,small business and entrepreneurial efforts, downtown development, international, retail and workforce development. During the past five years, she has helped locate or expand more than 150 companies into the Region, brought 22,000 jobs, added nearly 3 million SF to the industrial/office base and brought more than $6 billion in capital investment into the community.
With over 20 years of multifamily industry experience, she has had the best of both worlds working on-site as a manager and on the vendor side with Apartment Guide, Gannett and currently with CoStar (Apartments.com and six other websites).
Since 2004, he has brokered not only multifamily, but also office, industrial, and retail properties. He is a board member of the Central AZ CCIM Chapter, a member of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce and an ordained Christian minister since 1978.
